This was recommended to us by the hotel staff for the burgers. Initial impressions were that it was a dark rock bar which is pretty much what it is. We sat at the bar and were made to feel really welcome and staff were very friendly. Great selection of beers on tap and in bottles to suit all tastes with... More

Good burgers, good music and a great atmosphere. We didn't see a live act but I would imagine that it would make an excellent, intimate venue. Great screen to watch the football.

Cosy atmosphere with a rock and roll theme. ie a drum kit on the ceiling. Burgers were great and the beer slightly cheaper at a modest £8 per pint which seemed quite reasonable for Norway.

As soon as I walked in and sat down, the DJ put on side 1 of 'Goo' from Sonic Youth. In that moment, this place proved that they are credible rock bar (at least to people like me in their 40's!). The bar is split up into various levels and sections that are all interconnected with stairs. Each level has... More

We really enjoyed stopping for a drink at this cozy and cool bar with a rock and roll theme. We did not eat but the food smelled delicious, the music was great as well. It's hard to rate on value up here as two beers cost about 20 pounds sterling which is outrageous! However that is just what it seems... More

You can eat a quite tasty burger while listening to good music. Staff are really nice and cheerful. Drinks are a bit expensive (but they are everywhere in Norway).

I am not a Rock music fan but I love visiting the place because the hamburgers alone make up for the noise from the speakers.

Nice place with great hamburgers - try the Dead Kennedy. There's several levels to this cafe, which I thought had a very "punk rock" kind of atmosphere. Hip place.

Blå Rock is great if you want a casual bite to eat with some friends, and perhaps some beers afterwards. There is some great artwork and decorations on the walls. They do claim to have the best burger in Tromsø, I have to disagree, but I may give them the best chips in Tromsø.
