My absolutely favourite!!! Mhmjamjam (17 points Gault Millaut and 1 star Michelin). Klaus Schatzmann is cooking in a way no one else does: light, every flavour can be tasted, a wonderful link between classical and modern cooking, plates not overloaded and nicely arranged, and the prices are more than fair for such a restaurant.
