“nice restaurant at the top floor of a department store”

There's actually a number of restaurants and cafes within 'F8' (refers to 8th floor of Stocmann department store). This review is condering the restaurant with table service (not the buffet restaurants or cafes). So: for a restaurant within a department store this is one of the better ones that I have visited. “Fab interior design but how much????”

Dropped in for a cup of tea and a piece of cake - slick design, top quality fittings, pleasant staff but the cost OMG!!!! Cake was delicious but... and only got a single cup of tea, no pot!
