The new restaurant premises look nice, minimalistic design. The location of the restaurant is perfect, in the heart of the city, by the market place with a sea view. Unfortunately food was not as good as you expect for a Michelin star restaurant, nor worth the high price. Service varied a lot during the evening, from excellent to poor.

We had a five-course menu full of culinary magic, with perfect wine pairings, and knowledgeable, friendly and charming service. The atmosphere is very spartan, but the view of the harbor is nice. All in all, if you like nouvelle cuisine with a Nordic twist, this is it.

I had amazing 7 course menu with perfect wines. Food and wine combinations were extremely well conceived. The dishes were most surprisingly served. Greek sallad with feta curd, Red king crab with avocado terrine, and for a dessert sweet cauliflower paste with nutmeg ice cream, to mention a few. I truly recommend to take the suggested wines with your menu.

Odd 10 "small urprises" from the kitchen and 5 course menu with wines. Excellent restaurant. Menu changes every 6 weeks. Selection is only up to 7 or 8 dishes covering everything from starters to desserts, but it is worth it. Difficult to find (2nd floor), but obviously the point is not to collect bypassers. You have to book in advance.
