Little pricey, but absolutely bang in the centre of Oulu. Menu relatively extensive, local delicacies.

“Bad luck, coincidence, or something more serius”

We had a dinner in Fransmanni Oulu. I have been this restaurant chain many times, so usually you get what you expect. This time we had a bad experience. Not sure if it was it bad luck or bad coincidence or something more serious with the processes. It started with long waiting time, even though they were not fully booked.... More

“Poor chain restaurant”

As usual, the Arina/SOK chain restaurants do not surprise: both service and food is average at best, but usually you just end up waiting for a waitress for a while without success before heading out to find something better to eat.
