I have visited S.p.i.c.e (Kungstorget) over lunch a number of times. They provide a set 4 course selection which varies each day. The food has really high quality and their efficient system for taking orders and receiving payments makes this a good lunch option in the very centre of Gothenburg.

We stayed at the Avalon Hotel that was about 1/2 block from this restaurant. We decided to try it as my husband enjoys spicy food. We were not disappointed. The service was good and the portions were generous. We loved the soup especially. We are glad we tried it.

We really enjoyed this place. The food was just as we expected - papaya salad, very spicy and delicious, spring rolls, crunch and tasty, Phad Thai, with all ingredients just like in Thailand. Besides it - real Singha beer! If you want to recall your vacations at Thailand - this place is for you.

Everyone was fully satisfied with his food in quality and quantity. Service was ok, not exceptionally friendly but nice.

Very spicy food. But good variety of all kinds. Ambience was Ok. Like medieval european restaurant. Location is very good at kungsportsplatsen. Went on a business dinner. In summers, it is best if you sit outside as you get a good view. Inside I felt was little suffocating.

Ordered the green curry with chicken, i liked the presentation of the food on the plate and also the interior of the restaurant is nice i think.
