This is a lovely restaurant in Hotel Tylösand. Beautiful, peaceful and very romantic.

I was at Akvarell with my wife yesterday and tried the 8 course set menu with a flight of beverages. Both the food and the wine tasted excellent and was beautifully presented, and at 1370 SEK I consider it very good value for money.
