This is a place with great food and atmosphere! Old English style, with pub food + Indian food. Great combination! I went there with a friend and ate well, drank well and had a nice time. “Finally an English speaking pub in Uppsala!”

The second I walked in to William's Pub I knew I found a great place. I was actually greeted IN ENGLISH! None of the other so-called Irish, English or Scottish pubs in Uppsala ever did that, so I immediately felt at home and welcomed. “Wow, value for money”

This pub serves a buffé regularly and we had the Friday lunch deal which was the best value for money in whole of Sweden. The food was great and the price was all in (food, one drink (beer/soft drink) and water/tea/coffee). Staff was friendly, toilets were clean. “One of the best options in Uppsala”

I particularly enjoy the lunch buffet, which is less than 100 SEK and includes various curries, fresh naan, papadums, and rich chai. Their spicy food has a burn that's doesn't overwhelm the other flavors, unlike other Indian restaurants I've been to in Uppsala. I also like their selection of beers and British pub atmosphere.
