A great creative and delicious approach to sushi. We opted for take out, which is not always optimal, but we're pleased nonetheless. Presentation was great, food was ready when promised and taste surprises were a delight to the tongue.

The restaurant is really petite and a nice place to eat. The sushi is very imaginative and different. The only thing to note is that some sushi is made with meat, so if you're not a meat eater and order a mix plate be sure to mention you only want fish. The 'other' dishes are ok, but the sushi is... How in the world could this place win best sushi in Malmö??? (http://www.sushikartan.se/Malmö) As a "sushi-lover" I have eaten in numerous sushi restaurants all over the world and believe that I am a good judge of what makes a fine sushi dining establishment. While this restaurant is good the quality is a bit restricted and it doesn't quite hit the... More

Being from California I have had sushi hundreds of times and I have never had sushi like this- and I mean that in the best way. Amazing! Unique, flavorful, beautiful and delicious. Try it all- you can't go wrong.

The sushi in Sweden is bad. So by European standards, maybe it wont surprise you. But the price, quality and mainly inventiveness it is made with... I have no words. I go back every second month and it only gets better.

We visited Saiko a while back and the atmosphere struck us as being pretty cool. Lighting, seating and decor was really neat. We ordered the food but parts of our order was simply forgotten and it took a looong while to get any food to start with. When it finally arrived we were probably hungry enough to eat whatever would... More

It must be the most innovative sushi restaurant in Sweden. Me as a Japanese, I regard sushi here is not sushi in Japan but a successful new food inspired by japanese sushi. I actually have to say, if you think of sushi here as "sushi", it can never beat real japanese sushi. there are too good infrastructures to keep all... More
