“Horrible service”

I was in Kiruna last summer on a short visit. Looking for restaurants in this small town I ended up here. Got in, sat down at a table, and waited for 30 minutes without getting noticed by any waitress. I am a normal person who dresses normally. This is a restaurant that I will never visit again.

Im a bit surprised at the previous 2 reviews, the authors clearly had a bad experience. Im not sure if its the same restaurant - the one we went to was Mommas located within/adjacent to the Hotel Scandic Ferrum. Though ti worth an update. We stayed at the hotel, and rather than eat at the hotel restaurant we wandered around... More

The food is good, the view interesting, and the atmosphere is non-existant. We were seated next to a group of 30 from "boverket" (think drunk gov employees on a team building trip). My entré was changed from racks of reindeer to "souvas", but the waitress didn't think it was necessary to inform me. And on top of that she forgot... More
