We had 3 degustation menu choices (4, 7, or 10). We went for the smaller menu (too many nights out with lovely degustation menus!) and ended up with more than enough food. The wine pairing comes with a glass of champagne, water, and the wines per course. The wines were lovely and nicely paired. The cheese wine was actually made... More

This is a top-end gourmet restaurant. We had 2 snack courses - and 8 courses - so 10 in all. But all very small courses and every serving very artistic - and many of us thought: too artistic! We had a wine menu too - and the many acompaining wines were excellent - or more than excellent! So the result:... More

This has for a long time been my favourite restaurant in Copenhagen. And it keeps pleasing. Even when the chef changes the style and quality remains. Christian the owner and sommelier will look after you very well!

This was a very good experience me and my wife had on a Friday evening. The ambiance, the service and the food, was some of the highest we have ever had. We had the large menu with wine menu as well. Lots of small appetizers to start with. All dishes were quite small, but in the end it was more... More

We loved the setting even though it was in a basement. The menu was delicious and the accompanying wines a real treat. We went for the 7 course degustation menu but it was really 10. Only 1 was disappointing in taste....it looked great though. Be warned you don't get many carbs so the 7 glasses of wine do take their... More

If you want a pretentious show of minuscule potions of smoke, foam and fire costing a kings ransom( $500 pp for the 7 course tasting) this is for you. But if. You want truly artistic and creative food that tastes delicious, don't go. After drinking the mediocre sparkling wine and having the opening "snacks" ( soured goat milk with something... More

AOC is nothing short of an amazing experience. From the highly professional, yet friendly and fun service to the beautiful surroundings to the wine and food AOC did not miss a single beat. We had the 10 courses dinner and added a shared cheese platter, and every new serving was an experience in itself. The Wine menu that came with... More

This is an amazing restaurant. The food (modern Danish) is inventive and unlike anything I've ever eaten. The textures and flavours were incredible. We had the 7 course tasting menu, but before this started we had several amazing appetisers. The service is outstanding, the decor is subtle and sophisticated and the atmosphere just right. Surely it can't be long before... More

Copenhagen Chic restaurant in the basement of an old palace. Asking our waiter if the restaurant has a theme, he replied, "sensory kitchen". In the 1950's some scientists thought the future of food would be in a pill. AOC gives us a glimpse of what that future is beginning to look like. The chef is pushing the limits, but we... More

Excellent personnel, perfect service! The food experiments are a success. The sommelier very kind. The wine is expensive. The cheese plate was the only negative experience.
