Located in the old part of Athens, this is a quaint tavern with a friendly vibe. We ate outside and the restaurant is located amongst several other restaurants and coffee shops near the ruins and in the Plaka. Good, solid Greek food. I would recommend it highly.

The Old Tavern of Psarras is a traditional Greek restaurant, with really delicious dishes! It is not a luxury restaurant, but really warm place and atmosphere. Very welcoming and nice staff, with good service. We went to this restaurant twice and really enjoyed it.

A little overpriced and nothing really special. We had a cute little table in the corner but the service was nothing to write home about and the food was just average.

A little bit touristic, but in a beautiful place in Plaka. The food (grilled sardines, taramosalata, and very very big fish kebab) was very good, the waiter polite and kind. Price above average in Athens. Retsina is to try once in a lifetime!
