The owners have created a fun and lively atmosphere focussing on making a few great seafood dishes and doing them well. We were welcomed with a mini Sagres (local lager) and huge smiles. I can only describe the experience as like Christmas with my family - great food, great atmosphere and great fun. I'd go back to Lisbon just to... More

Buttered bread and beer greets you when you enter, and the food is exceptional and marvellously priced (for seafood). I still dream about the giant tiger prawn or whatever it was that I ordered. It was seasoned nicely and perfectly cooked. The shrimps, clams, oysters..they were all great. There is a lineup so get there early, but at no point... More

This is a seafood lovers dream. Fresh seafood, bread and that's it . Full of locals and colorful charactures and the food is great. Nothing to do but wear your napkin as a bib, pick your crab or lobster , smash with a hammer and enjoy. The neighbourhood is a bit sketchy at night-we took a cab from our hotel.

This place is a place for local folk and they know what they're doing with seafood, mostly shellfish. It is a bustling place that you most likely will have to wait in line to enter, but don't be deterred, it's still good. We were well feed and loved the garlic shrimp. I'm not sure I'd ever go back, but I'm... More

The seafood in this place is great; but the cooking itself is average. We ate giant king prawns (€34 for 2 of them!) and garlic prawns; both of which were a bit too over cooked. We also had some raw oysters, but didn't account for how much the shell weighs so paid lots for them too! They were pricey oysters,... More

This was the best meal I had in 3 weeks travelling through Portugal and Spain. We arrived at 10.15pm a Saturday night and needed to wait around 45 minutes for a table, since the place was full and there were a few people waiting in front of us. During this time the wait staff were very friendly and actually gave... More

A great restaurant with a fantastic food, The grilled shrimps is the most fabulouse we have ever eat. After the tour in ByBoat a dinner in Ramiro is the best way to end the day.

This is possibly the best seafood in europe. I am lucky enough to eat all over europe and love my see food. We were met with a slightly brash welcome and instantly knew this was going to be good. Beautiful clean fresh oysters, clamps swimming in garlic, tender goose barnacles and a spectacular spider crab to finish off. Two bottle... More

We came here yesterday with high expectation for one of the most praised seafood restaurants in Lisboa. The experience was just ok due to the lack of professional service. I didn't expect to have a decided waiter but at this restaurant, you can't seem to get their attention no matter how hard you try. Food comes immediately right after you... More

We went to this Restaurant 4 years after my girlfriend went the 1st time, but the memory was good. Located in a little dilapidated block, it's not possible to book a table so you have to count at least 30 mins of waiting in the line (or more in the core hours). The interior decoration is the classical sea restaurant,... More
