''O Monchiqueiro'' is the best restaurant to have a great meal outdoors with a pleasant view over the river ''Arade''.

This is a no frills but good quality place to eat.. Great piri piri chicken and fish with plenty of salad (and chips). A nice cold house white wine that is certainly good value (cheap).If you are in silves and want a great meal get along there you wont be disappointed..

Just back from Silves and ate in the O Monchiqueiro Restaurant. The restaurant opens for dinner at 7pm until 10pm so the lady said.
