“A must for beer lovers”

Within striking of Rubens house this 20's cafe is an absoloute must for beer lovers. Whilst it may not have the huge selection of some of the other bars it is probably the most authentic. Packed with locals and tourists alike, from an unfeasibly early hour,this is the place for a restorative drink away from the bustle of the nearby shopping malls. “Fantastic Beer Bar, not for food in any way!”

This is a beer bar, still allows smoking, no food. A proper Belgian bar, the walls and the faces of the regulars are all the same dirty pale yellow, formica topped tables. This is a real throw back to the 1960's, we love it! More
