Enjoyed a wonderful mid-week dinner in this cosy "gezellig" restaurant. The food was delicious - simple, fresh Italian dishes, seasoned to perfection. The absoute highlight though was watching the staff skillfully navigate the tiny open kitchen and deliver impecably professional and cheery service in the tiny space - pure theatre! We went for dinner last eek at Cafe de Curtis. Very cool. Tiny little restaurant in pedestrian street in the Jordaan area of Amsterdam. Very good atmosphere en very good food (especially the steak with truffel). The food is not michelin, but honest Italian food feshly made in an open kitchen by two typical Italian guys. More

I go often to this restaurant in Amsterdam. It is simple and good. Nothing pretencieuse about this place. Great ingredients, great menu and super nice service. It is located in the Jordaan district. More
