We were looking for an authentic Swiss fine dining experience and we found it at Echo - service, food quality and presentation were immaculate. The highlights of our dinner were: beef tenderloin served on a hot stone and "trio" desert featuring deep-fried chocolate in a crispy shell. Overall, it was a most memorable experience, we would definitely go there again.

Enjoyed the tradition Swiss food... raclette was very good.... cheese spread from their own cow was tasty ... had steak cooked on hot stone ... very good ... special deal of CHF 69 for 3 course meal including all drinks was a good deal (for Zurich prices) based on what you'd spend on a meal using menu prices ...

From the cheese soufflé appetizer to the triple dessert, it was all excellent. Highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed the food. The restaurant was nice. The personell was helpful. Would definitly visit this restaurant again.

If you are staying at the Marriott Zurich, this is a must place for a meal.
