Six of us ate here after a long day on the mountains. Veltlinerkeller was exactly what we wanted- a friendly relaxed atmosphere in St Moritz. Pretty interior with cosy style chair and table set ups. Food wasn't amazing but Veltlinerkeller served filling fresh and tasty "home-style" local food. Would thoroughly recommend the Risotto Verde or the steak! Both were delicious.... More

Nice, comfortable, local environment. You can tell that locals enjoy going there. The food was heavy with cheese and the portions too large. I was also hoping for a better house wine and for better tastes. The hocky arena cafe is as good and cheaper.

I've been many times to Veltlinerkeller and it is one of my favourite restaurants in the Engadin. The menu is the same since many years and still fantastic, it is nothing fancy, but very tasty and fresh. I can really recommend seasonal specialities like mushrooms in automn or also local big game meat. Another excellent dish is grilled meat (they... More

The atmosphere here is like eating dinner at your grandma's house - in the best way possible. The beef carpaccio was one of the best I've ever had, as well as the gnocchi which is tough to get right. It was so memorable I am writing the review in St. Moritz and we've already made a reservation to eat there... More

Excellent Pizzoccheri for a very reasonable price, considering it's in St. Moritz. Service is already very good, and they speak English, Italian and German.

Walked by this restaurant twice and it was packed both times. On our third night in St Moritz we decided to try it and the Veltlinerkeller did not disappoint us. Even thought we were seated upstairs, in a not so quaint room, the food and service were excellent. I had lamb that was cooked perfectly served with a traditional swiss... More

Loved everything (including the prices!), disliked absolutely nothing! Great Italian specialities, very well prepared, cozy atmosphere and central location.

Headed to this restaurant as it was close to our hotel at the Piz and good reviews on TA. Food and service were both good, meal sizes are decent value, both the porcini pasta and local ravioli were tasty. Had tiramisu for dessert was a standout, recommended for a decent night out.

We had an evening meal here - I had a fantastic liver course. Room is clear, clinical and maybe lacks some atmosphere but this is made up for in the superb service and good value.

What a find . . . local food cooked to perfection! Fresh, local vegetables, game and lamb. I had lamb chops that were amazing - very tasty and grilled just the right amount of time to be succulent without being overcooked.
