The Hotel Victoria Lauberhorn's restaurant, the Restaurant Lauberhorn, was surprisingly good, and relatively inexpensive (it IS Switzerland). We had local fish, whitefish and salmon, and it was done very well, and was served with fresh vegetables and small white potatoes.
