Good Italian and Swiss options on the menu. Would recommend the Hotel Eiger restaurant if you want something a bit more fancy.

Most delicious food I ate in Switzerland. Everything is prepared fresh and timely matter. I would recommend trying out their hamburgers.

We stopped at the Eiger Guesthouse after hiking the 2.5 miles from Grutschalp and were treated to one of the finest meals we've ever had. I had the schweinschnitzel with potatoes and cabbage. The schnitzel was the best I've ever had. We also had the apple strudel and it too was like wonderful.

The food and service were excellent. A must meal while in Murren. Deserts are wonderful as well as the staff and bar service.
