Asking for a good restaurant in town, our concierge recommended us The Boeuf Rouge. it was not easy to find a place that night because their food is very famous in the city and it is always full. A prior reservation is really recommended.

Traditional restaurant in the centre of Geneva with a very passionate owner. Good wine list. High quality products, "cuisine lyonnaise" and nice service make it a place to visit when I am in Geneva. I recommend.
