Great service from friendly locals willing to explain the nuances of the menu, portions were a little small but filling nonetheless due to the richness of the food. The offers available such as wine inclusive with a Tuscan plateful and bread for £10 were good.

The Osteria is frequented usually by italian local people. As a tourist is essential to eat there and to sense the true italian spirit. Be aware that it's program is from 11.00 until 15.00, so don't expect a taverna with extended program

Simple, delicious food....those wonderful tuscan basics at good prices. Perfect for a quick lunch and plenty seemed to enjoy hanging out for longer meals. A fun place, good location, good mix of locals and toursits.

for lunch only sit in the shade and taste anchovies under oil and garlic, a choice of prosciutto and cheese, or the cold bread soup. Not for the vegetarians...
