Location easy to find, just off the Campo. Owner & wife are very friendly and speak some English. Not a trendy tourist trap. Food was excellent.

Everything about this place was amazing. The owner served us, and recommended dishes that were truly wonderful. We also asked for a bottle of wine to match the food for 20-25 euro, and he brought us one for 18 - and it was great too. Between 2 people we had an antipasto, two pasta dishes, two desserts and the wine...

Scouting out the area's restaurants, we stumbled in here mistakenly. We had been searching for the Rick Steves-recommended Locanda nearby, which happened to be closed. Hungry, we decided to chance it-- something we rarely do in such a touristy area-- but were highly rewarded. This tiny little gem doesn't look like much from the outside, and it IS only steps...

We dined here off-season and the restaurant was not very busy. We received excellent service by our server who I assume may have been the owner. The food was very good and the prices were reasonable. This restaurant has a great location, right off of Il Campo.
Near piazza del campo, local food, hand made. Reasonable price. We very liked the vegetarian courses.
Found out about this restaurant here on tripadvisor. It is so conveniently located right off piazza del campo. Beautiful decor. Perfect Italian dream of a little garden level restaurant with stone walls and arches. The decor was gorgeous yet still eclipsed by the food and still more the care and friendliness of the owner. The menus are handwritten and change...

This restaurant is just off the Campo, the main square of Siena. The owners/hosts were just delightful and helpful. The food was fresh, very attractively presented and delicious. I had a pasta with fresh porcini mushrooms. My wife had a fish dish that she loved. The "split" bottle of a San Gimignano wine that was suggested was tasty and very...

One of my favorite experiences on my recent trip to Italy. The food was delish. Ercole (owner) was so warm and friendly that we ate there twice during our stay in Siena. When I daydream about my trip to Tuscany during the coming winter months, I will just picture myself eating in this fabulous place and be once again "living...

We decided to go here based on a recommendation from Anna of Tours by Roberto. The location was a bit hard to find, but only because we turned one street too soon. We had a large lunch during our tour, so we wanted to have something light for dinner. We started with a Tuscan cheese plate, then I had beef...

When in Siena you should make this a stop for dinner. It is easy to find, just off Il Campo. The interior is delightful and the host, Ercole, made this a fun and enjoyable evening. He suggested a local wine that was both reasonable and yet complemented the meal very well. The bruschetta was very good for an appetizer. I...
