We stopped by Ruth's for lunch. The food was fresh, tasty and fast, although a little pricey for what it was. The felafel itself was a step above Maoz, but there weren't nearly the same number of toppings. Service was somewhat indifferent, but not at all rude.
Most of the people inside seemed to be tourists, even in November, although...

We made a reservation, in person, the owner declared we were lying when we came for the proposed time. We were turned away, with an 80 year old woman in our party and 40 degree weather. Enjoyed the pasta and salad, coffee was great. very pleasant service. Also, when we asked which portions were gluten-free, the owner understood what we were talking about and added cheese to the salad so my wife could also enjoy a meal with protein. Would definitely go back.

The food tasted good, but it was such a rip off paying 35 euros for 2 euros of ingredients. It took 45 minutes for a simple soup to be served. Also, the place is insanely pro israeli. I love Judaism, but the pictures and flags on the wall would make anyone in who is sympathetic to the Palestineans uncomfortable.
