La Prosciutteria was the best find in the whole trip to Florence. We were in town for 2 & a half days and went there every day. The girls are so nice, the food is outstanding and the prices are so good. They have an incredible selection of Italian meats and cheeses as well as my favorite Spanish Iberian ham... More

the staff were all great- try and speak some italian, it does help... delicious selection of cheese and hams, served on a wooden board, you take your plates and cutlery to a little table, choose a bottle of wine. so lovely that we almost went again, but with so many places to try, we dragged ourselves past. my only comment-... Went to the eatery for lunch. It's "self-service" but the staff are very helpful. The food was fantastic and it's a great spot to have a seat for a few minutes in a busy Florentine day of touring. I got the Cardiologist, my wife got the Lawyer; both were great. Don't miss out on the free water too! Tap water... More

We went there twice during our stay in Florence. The atmosphere is warm and great. The wines are good and the cheese and charcuterie plates are amazing.. there is so much variety that you can just keep going back without getting bored.

We went here at first night as everywhere else no dinner where not served (after 23) we had nice selection of different ham & cheese & excellent glass of Chianti. Perfect place for light meal as well, we also went back later on.

this is the type of place you come to Italy for, great food, wine that is not expensive and a place to relax. you set your own table and have paper plates and sit at little chairs and tables. it was so nice and was very authentic Italian.

This is excellent for a nice dinner with meats, cheeses and wine. We asked for a platter for two and had a bottle of wine and it only cost 25 euros. It is the perfect little joint with a very friendly staff. We loved it so much that we made and effort to come back a second time for some... More

Came here from the recommendations of trip advisor and were not disappointed. Best value for money meal we had all holiday, given the selection of cold meats and cheeses as well as toasted breads with melted cheese. We both had a large selection of hot and cold breads, meats and cheeses as well as a very large glass of wine... More

Actually went here twice on my trip; once when my group bought a big wodge of cheeses and prosciutto to keep at the hotel to snack on, and once by myself when I just needed some quiet "me time" along with a bite & a glass. Both times, I got exactly what I wanted, and it was perfect. Also, the... More

Best prices for vino in the city! Meat and cheese trays are tasty and the sandwiches rival the sandwich shop up the street. Must visit.
