Saturday night - it was 75% full, but the atmosphere was good.the staff were helpful and appeared knowledgeable on the wines. We had one of the better Caprese salads that we have had this week, and the oven baked sea bass was a definite highlight. Reasonable value. Would recommend.

After checking out Trip Advisor reviews, decided on this gem as it wasn't too high on the list and seemed to have great reviews. For the quality and presentation of the food, you'd normally get small portions, but not here. Great size portions -- super tasty potato flan and calamari / prawn mille feuille appetizers, amazing truffle risotto, a lovely... More

We tried the past and fish and loved it all, we even mananged to find room for pudding. This is a lovely little place we had booked but there were tables free the night we were... More

A trattoria in Florence which is rare because the fish menu is as extensive as the meat. Good service, prices are very good considering what they are offering. All-round a very satisfying meal. If wifi when traveling is important to you, they also have this. A sign on the door advising they only accept diners with reservations in the evenings... More

We went here for dinner on a Sunday night. The service wss attentive and the menu comprehensive. The restaurant prides itself on only serving fresh produce that is in season. The seafood was fresh and well cooked, the steak tender and juicey, the pasta aldente and the panacotta to die for. I believe that the menu changes with the seasonal... More

Ganzi is on the quiet street a few minute walk from Santa Croce. This restaurant was so fantastic we went there twice during our 3 days in Florence. After our first visit we even changed the date of our trip to Siena, to be able to come to Ganzi again. Reservations are strongly recommended, and unless you are there at... More

Even though the waiter was initialy a bit grumpy, he relaxed and then he was all charming. The food was very good for an reasonable price, my friend said it tasted truly Tuscan. Un locale molto carino e tranquillo con cibo eccellente. Noi abbiamo preso la pasta con il ragu di agnello e di cinghiale. Veramente buono. Ve lo raccomando!

This restaurant was so fantastic we went there twice during the week we were in Florence. They do want reservations and unless you go very early in the evening they will not seat you. But once you are there it is fantastic! The bartender, who I believe is one of the owners, does manage everything in the front of house... More
