Very good spagetti and meat. Affordable price, but the waiters not very friendly. We did not feel there as expected guests.

I was there in April 2013 during the "Sagra del Bogamarì" (sea urchin). So I had a special menu for 20 Euros including starters, first course (linguine with sea urchin), water, 1 glass of wine. I had a "late" lunch and only few people were there, so I had a very quiet lunch and service was very good.

This restaurant is well sited with a good view of the marina and a nice outside terrace. However, our experience was less than enjoyable. I had a starter, but my wife did not. Her main course came at the same time as my starter. She didn't think it was as hot as it should be, but we didn't complain. The...

We stopped off here for a late lunch.....one of the few places still open! The staff were nice, the fresh fish delicious and we sat for over an hour finishing a lovely bottle of wine with views over the port.
Romantic evening dinner, appetizer with fresh water, 2/1 typical Sardinian dishes well cooked and plentiful, as we ate a second race of the sea. Finally, we asked for two seadas and all accompanied with a good bottle of white wine. Total expenditure 85.00 Euros. Reasonable price for the fresh cuisine and excellent service received from the staff room.

On our second visit, we waited 45 minutes for coffee, followed by another 15 minutes after reminding them we hadn’t had coffee before we gave up and asked for the bill but don’t let this put you off visiting this restaurant. The plus points were an unequalled view of the Marina, good quality affordable food, very friendly staff and nice...

Traveling with a one year-old, this place was perfect as it was the only one we could get dinner before 7 pm, they serve food all day long as a matter of fact. We are food-lovers who now have to adjust dinner-plans to fit our little man as well, and this place turned out to be perfect. Sophisticated at the...

I absolutely love this place! Seems like it has gotten even better. Whatever I order, the ingredients are top class, the combinations are absolutely delicious and the presentation just adds the last little touch in order to be able to fully enjoy every little bit of it. I've ordered different antipasti, pasta, a heavenly black risotto, grilled fish and deserts...

MOVIDA
If your travels happen to take you to Alghero (Alguer) do not miss a restaurant overlooking the port area called "Movida". I had a fabulous lunch there in the early summer, sitting on their outdoor terrace. The restaurant is run by young people that are successfully doing two different things: preserving the great tradition of Mediterranean cuisine and innovating...

I have been a few times to Movida and it used to be very good. sadly this year (I think due to the location and high number of tourists rather than locals), the food was not as good as before: The portions were less and price slightly higher... I would recommend that you go further into town and stay away...
