Had a lovely lunch here last week. Shared a mixed seafood plate, €10. And followed that with a pasta main each - clams and mixed seafood. 2 bottles of water, 2 espressos and service brought the total to €50. The decor and service are old school, and pleasant. It's a step up from many other places around for very similar... More

We were attracted to this restaurant by it's display of fresh fish. We went on a Saturday night and decided to treat ourselves to a few courses and a bottle of wine. I had Sea Bass and my wife had Sole with mixed veg each, which we both enjoyed immensly. A word of caution, my wife had Melon & Parma... More

The food is great, we ordered two pastas, a gnocchi al gorgonzola and homemade tagliatelle with salmon, the last one was good, but salmon was just the flavor of it, not the real fish. The atmosphere looks a kind of old, but it is a bit charming. The nearby tables are very close, making it impossible to have a comfortable conversation. More

My wife and I ate here twice this week and I can honestly say that we have never had a better steak - anywhere! All the food was delicious and the service was excellent. It's not cheap but worth the price. No idea why people are complaining about the prices when they are clearly stated on the menu and displayed... More

The thing that drew us to this little ristorante was their sign out front that stated they had fatte di Casa pasta. I had just leard that phrase in Italian and it means homemade pasta. So we dropped in and were seated near a window to watch the people go by. The resaon I tell you this is that several... More

My husband and I chose this restaurant for dinner with our two children. The restaurant has a nice old world atmosphere and didn't feel touristy. We decided we would try fresh fish as that is what Venice is famous for. We chose to share a fresh whole sea bass [which I think is also called Branzino]. The waiter brought it... More

We had been searching for a right restaurant for lunch for quite some time today, and then we found this nice one. It is a traditional style restaurant with two floors. We ordered prosciutto with melon as antipasti, the size of the dish is definitely enough for two persons. The main dish was breaded veal cutlet in Milanese style, with... More

After paying almost 50 euros for a Branzino fish for one (per weight-my fault for ordering it ) cooked to dryness, I was not happy and felt ripped off. The food was defientely not outstanding and the service poor. More

Fantastic dinner, great service. We had pizza, minestrone soup, pasta, caprese, Scampi pulled fresh out of the front window. All was extremely tasty. So many restaurants nearby are marginal, it was great to find such a good dinner! Just two blocks from San Marco Square. More
