I've visited this place a couple of times and have been lucky to get one of their tables - the place is forever buzzing with locals and tourists alike eager to try their delicious and creative cicchetti.. Which are simply wonderful. They have a nice choice of wines and the staff (at least the times when I've been there) have... More

My wife and I looked this place up following some trip advisor reviews. we were not disappointed, good quality bruscheta in a lively local atmosphere. Don't expect a seat though, it is tiny and very busy. More

All'Arco was so full of locals yelling out their orders and greeting local nonnas with "bonjourno!" that it was a little intimidating when we first arrived. But we had hit the peak of lunch rush and as the chaos died down, my husband and the gentleman making panini sandwiches sorted things out with a few gestures. Not the most adventurous... More

At this place, you won't get a view, and you may not get a seat on one of the plastic garden chairs in the alley outside. What you will get is exceedingly tasty bruschetta-type snacks - we had two or three each and a glass of the house wine - at an exceedingly good price, from friendly staff. Will definitely... More

We went to have a snack before leaving to the airport, the guy behind the bar was very nice, attended us quickly and even prepared some extra food for us on command. We had also some prosecco. The price felt fair for good food with high quality ingredients. Unfortunately I encountered some rude turists there, making fun of the employee... More

Visiting purely based on the trip advisor reviews and are glad we did. It is 2 mins from the Rialo bridge on the side of San Polo, very easy to find. It's a good sign when it's busy and there is alot of Italian being spoken. We stood in a misshaped queue gently pushing to the front but what i... More

On our last day we needed a brunch/light lunch and this fitted the bill exactly. Expect to prop yourself up at the bar with your glass of fine red and a platter of delicious breads with fish and meats, and to mingle with the locals, and you will be far from disappointed! Friendly service. This was spot on. (We took... More

For a taste of real Venetian cicheti, look no further. Don't expect any menus at this authentic bacaro, hidden away in an unassuming back street in San Polo; the cicheti are created daily with produce sourced from the nearby Rialto markets. But the staff will be more than happy to advise you on what's good. Be prepared to jostle at... More
