Stick to meat... The Fiorentina is very good and the side dishes excellent. Also a wide and very good buffet of starters.... Try the white tuscan beans and the small zuchinis. Some good desserts are also availsble..

I have been a customer of the Terza Carbonaia for around 20 years.
The pluses are their beef (Fiorentina, Filet, Robespierre, Tagliata).
Better than most their antipasti.
In particular their hand cut near the bone Parma Ham -- prosciutto crudo all'osso tagliato a mano -- is outstanding. They also offer small beef meatballs in tomato sauce of which you may...
