I don't know all the restaurant of the city but this one was very good. The meat "Firenze" was delicious and very tender. The service was "italian style" but always polite. I would definitely return when I have the opportunity.

Listen to the advice waiters have on the food selection! Pasta with pesto as well as lamb chops was an excelent choice. It's a traditional Milanese cuisine, nothing too fancy, but if you are looking for conventional nice dinner place, it is a must. The restaurant has been mentioned in the Michelin guide - no wonder why!

We dined at Stendhal at the suggestion of our hotel's front desk staff and were not disappointed. The weather was lovely and we sat in the outdoor seating area. We were fortunate to get a reservation at the last minute, as the restaurant did good business that night, especially outdoors. We were entertaining a local couple on a Saturday for lunch, and the Park Hyatt concierge recommended this place as I wanted quality Milanese cuisine. Everything from the "Millefoglie di melanzana" (which made the two wives almost climax) to the gnocchi and ravioli to the second plates was great.

We were in Milan just for a night and asked the concierge for a real local dine, and he reserved an outside table at this venue. Was a great dinner! Food was great and well served! Just be carefull not to overorder the italian way. I definitely recommend it!

I sometimes return to this restaurant when I want something special for dinner. Fish, meat, wine, bread...everything is good with very calm atmosphere. I recommend you to take dessert which is called Merenghe con cioccolata calda. fabulous！ メレンゲのケーキは絶対に食べてください！！おいしい！！
