Went to check out the gourmet market and stopped for an early lunch. We ordered iced coffee and it was especially delicious and beautifully presented in a stemmed glass. We also had a panini which was unremarkable but the iced coffee, good service, and ambiance made the stop worthwhile. If you are a food lover a stop here is a...

Peck's and Peck's Italian are near to each other but in different places. We have enjoyed an excellent fresh cup of tea upstairs in the food hall with delicious biscuits, having arrived too late for lunch. And it is fun to taste one of the wines of the day in the wine shop in the basement. The latter has an...

I read about this place in Lonely Planet. I had lunch. The Culattello ham with baby artichokes was nice. The place has its own shop so of course the meat was great. As for the Beef tartare it was vague. Nothing specail and they looked too big. The cereme caramel was ok. The service was good. Normally Italian people are...

What an amazing place, you can find the best quality food and wine. Fresh meat, great wine..... A must to any gourmet lover.
Had a delicious lunch here - the food was of the highest quality - though not cheap.
There's a daily menu with plenty of choice - english version available.
There are lots of wines available by the glass - we had a nice crisp bottle if white for 18 euro.
A shared bresaola starter, mains & the vino came to...

This establishment certainly stands to prove, or at least imply, that quality food has a price. Peck is probably the best delicatessen market of Milan, as well as a bohemian a cafe/restaurant (upstairs). Despite its high price tag, Peck is definitely a better value than the fancy-looking tourist ripoff restaurants inside Vittorio Emanuele II.
However, for tourists with modest budgets,...
