This is the best gelato that I've had anywhere. All natural ingredients, sparkling crisp flavors, fresh cones, quick-friendly-efficient staff. Overall a great experience. I would definitely repeat.

what I didn`t like goes for the whole trip, not just the gelateria in question: you ask in english, they answer in italian.....

Lo trovate sul viale principale della città bassa, a 300 metri dalla stazione fs. lo riconoscete quasi subito perchè c'è fuori la coda, che spesso invade il marciapiede. Se amate il gelato, non potete evitarlo. Buonissimo, semplicemente, servito con cortesia. Un posto in cui tornare.

Grom has the best gelato in Italy! We ate at Grom in Milan, Bergamo, Bologna, and Parma! Each place was very clean and the staff was always helpful and courteous! We loved Grom! Enjoy!
