Close to the centre, traditional, delicious, affordable, debonair, fast service! We went there at around 2:30-3:00. It was full of people but in 10-15 minutes, everybody left. So, I recommend you to go there a bit later than usual lunch hour. I would definitely go there once again.
Went there for lunch on a weekday on recommendation of friends. And it was quite full with locals (I believe, so far as I could tell). A very rustic, simple, trattoria, food was good value-for-money and tasted good. Service was intermittent as they were very busy.

would not go back, we didn't like it. It was suggested by friends, but it seems under new ownership. Entrance also from Via XXV Aprile

Great place to have a lunch with homemade legurian dishes! Warm and simple! Many Italians were there, very friendly, comfortable home-atmosphere! Simple, but tasty, lively place!!! One of my favorite in Genoa!

There were several rooms and we were way in the back. At first I thought, oh no, we're going to be with other tourists. Nope, the place filled...

It is not the prettiest from atmosphere but is VALUE for money and local dishes like Cima Trenette al pesto and others and you will like the price
Looks like somebody's back kitchen, when you walk in the door, but don't let that put you off. The menu selection was limited but all home cooked. We could not believe how efficiently the place ran, despite us descending with a group of 32! The restaurant ran out of beer twice and had to go to the supermarket to get...
