We checked out the reviews on Tripadvisor and decided to check out the restaurant. We went for the €28 per head set meal and were amazed by the value. The set menu included a selection of their typical starters - mixed brushetta and mixed piadine (stuffed flatbreads). Then we had the first course which was a selection of their local... More

We booked for 10 pm - the earliest time we could get a table - and had to wait about 15 minutes in a crowded space for a table as there was nowhere else inside to wait. The staff were very busy and seemed stressed - as if there had already been too much to do already. So we thought... More

Only to get here is already a pleasure. Really nice and typical Italian streets. The food is great. Especially the steak was of an high quality. Service warm and helpful. Over whole really a place worth a visit.

Very tasty food - although it was a gamble as the menus are in Italian with no English translation! - but we were not disappointed. The ravioli was to die for and the fillet steak with salt and rosemary divine.

We went here for lunch after getting married and it was excellent, especially the starters (which were huge) and desserts.

Actually we were looking for Tonino il Lurido – Fellini’s favourite trattoria. And we did find it, closed for holidays. So we asked the proprietor of il Lurido to recommend some nice place nearby. And here we were! A brisk girl asked the three of us to sit down at a table in the open yard providing the menus. We... More

Opposite Lurido is this famous Osteria. Nothing like it used to be when Angela and Luisa ran it, but still worth a visit. One of the first restaurants in Rimini to make crostini and to break away from the traditional pasta sauces. The deserts were also pretty special. Guaranteed a decent meal but be prepared to pay. Very nice in... More

Staying in Rimini for about one week, one of the definite highlites of our holliday was our visit to the "Osteria de Borg". The dreadfull sea-boulevard places left far behind, you will enjoy a perfect, really perfect, Italian 3-course menu at truly very reasonable prices (2 persons, excellent wine included, less than sixty euro's). This is a must-go restaurant in... More
