I've been in Italy 19 days and we eat gelato twice a day everyday. After 10+ cities and 20 gelato places this was by far the best. Bologna in general had the best gelato.

Hi we went to have this magnificient Gelato, they are extraordinary but we went to the address that is in trip advisor and it is not in downtown, so if you do not have much time it is not worth it, there are very good places in downtown for a Gelato, But I just saw in a comment that there... More

This is my favourite ice cream in Bologna, it is probably among the very best in Italy. The address on Trip Advisor is wrong it has been in Piazza Cavour at least a couple of years and the address has not been updated. It is now just off via Farini very close to Piazza Maggiore. It is now called Cremeria... More

As one other review said, we found this to be on Piazza Cavour, not far from Piazza Maggiore. It is without a doubt a must for anyone coming to Bologna. Words cannot describe how good this Gelateria is! You have to go.

Great selection, nice place, good value. I have stopped here a number of times after going cycling in the hills near Bologna and it is always a good experience. Hope to go again in the spring.

The gelato at this place is fantastic, easily the best I've had in three weeks in Italy. I recommend the fragola and fruitti de bosco gelato, and particularly the chocolate afforgato with stracciatella.

Having tried a number of Bolognas gelaterias I was introduced to this one by my language teacher. It is actually in Piazza Cavour in the city centre though they may have one on the outskirts like the map suggests. Fantastic consistency and depth of flavour. Particularly good is the Contessa with caramelised almonds and amaretto. In the summer time only... More

I loved this ice-cream!!! I tried almost all the flavors and they were very good!!! My favorite was the one with the sour cherries in the cone! Also the place is beautiful inside, the people who work always in a smiling mood, but a genuine one! Maybe irrelevant info but across the gelateria there is park so you have a... More
