a very relaxing and modern place, has a lounge feeling to it. Serves excellent cakes, tea etc. If you are in the touristy neighborhood of Rome, and just want a break from it this place is a top choice. Its 2 minutes from the Spanish steps, but is nothing like the regular tourist-cafes in the area. Prices are also very... More

This is a quiet restaurant nearby the Spanish Steps. The opening hours are from around noon until 7 pm, so it's a place for lunch and early suppers. The staff is really friendly and helpful, we had a great time. The cakes are divine!

for a quick lunch can be good but not for dinner the dishes are cold, the dough is cooked long ago. the restaurant is good for a lunch with a sandwich sitting in a nice environment, the white stools are a little uncomfortable, but it is cozy, maybe there's too white. not order "le crudità"because they are not the raw... Gina's had come recommended (both here and in a small, local guidebook) and I was impressed with the cute decor - pale blue/grey walls, fresh flowers, and a delicious looking cake display. Too bad the service was so rude! I realize that most of Rome isn't impressed with tourists, but the main hostess (Gina?) was rude, grumpy and didn't make... More

We were two. Ordered two dishes of pasta, a soup, two coffee and a tiramisu cake. The food overall was very average - had much better pasta and soup (the soup had very few liquid in it - strange). The service (of one of the waitresses) was very unfriendly - or is it the Italian culture? One positive side -... More

GiNa serve fresh, delicious salads and light meals which can be hard to find on the tourist trail in Italy. Located a block from the Spanish Steps in Rome, GiNa is a great place for lunch or an early evening snack. They are open from 11:00 to 20:00. The service is excellent, the restaurant is relaxed and comfortable, the prices... More

Loved this place. Delicious salad with tuna on it. I loved the atmosphere. Found this place in the awesome hedonist guide to Rome and it did not disappoint!

Again a restaurant overrated by TA fellows. The food varied in quality - pasta was poor while other dishes where better. Not cheap and value for money questionable, but the location has a price I guesss. Many locals so beware of the lunch hour rush.
