We are happy that visited this place. It is a small, local place (at lunch we heard Italian only) with a great Roman cuisine and reasonable prices.

Simple, lovely food (one of us had alici fritti and grilled orata, the other had seafood risotto and beef stewed in Chianti) served by a very friendly family staff in comfortable, unpretentious surrounding. Relax and enjoy the meal.
We almost didn't go to this restaurant. Luckily for us we did and loved it.
We had superb pasta. Beautifully cooked and without overpowering sources. The desserts were simple but VERY well made and this was all brought to the table by the best service we have had in a restaurant for a long time.
The price was surprisingly low....

We had a very nice evening! Dinner was great and service was really good. If you seek a non touristic family run restaurant with honest food this is the place to go!
Daniele and his Mother Anna provide you with great food from the Lazio region of Italy. They made us feel like we were in our Italian grandmothers' house, with generous portions of hospitality and food.
My suggestion is to just let them decide what to have for dinner. Unless of course you have specific food restrictions (we have none) they...

After traveling around Europe for over a month, we found that Su & Giu had by far the best food out of any city or country we visted. The staff is so friendly that we felt like we were family and at home. Initially we sat down upstairs, and a table opened up in the main eating area and we...

We had a great dinner at this restaurant. Me, my wife and two young daughters were seated upstairs in a small table for four. The restaurant is very small and intimate; a handful of tables downstairs and a handful of tables upstairs. We had fried baby octopus for appetizer, and the girls had carbonara, I had grilled squid and my...

We enjoyed the great food and the excellent service & Atmosphere. The place is extremely suitable for tourist and gives you a great view of the Roman food. The prices are fair - and affordable.
We stayed right down the street from this restaurant and of course had read all the glowing reviews on Trip Advisor. I had high, high hopes. We arrived without reservations, and I know now that was not a good idea. We did manage to get a table for two in the small upstairs area. The owner and her son were...

We were half way between vatican and metro and the kids were flagging. TA advised this was the best in the area and it didnt disappoint. Great Starters and beautiful pasta. We were reassured by the steady stream of locals eating. Great service.
