We ate their on June 1, 2012. One of our best sea food meals ever. On a warm night we ate outside. The restaurant is vey simple and pleasant. The service was good and the food outstanding. We had insalata mista as a starter, calamari and scampi as a second course and the sea bass as an entree. All the... More

We had eaten here a few years back, and were pleased to see that it had not changed much save that menus in French and English were now available. We ate in the latter part of the week ( the fresh fish time). Service was attentive without pressurising. We chose anchovies marinated in lemon for appetiser, shrimp and squid risotto... More

I was pleasantly surprised to discover this restaurant. The meal was very delicious, I advise you to try the calamaris and the shellfish pasta and the traditional tiramisu. The service is not very friendly bu the food very delicious. It is a very good value for money.

We ate here on our last night in Rome and it was truly one of the best meals we had. It is a very small restaurant on the Piazza Sallustio. As it was winter there was only inside seating and every seat was taken. The owner served us and we decided to leave the meal choice up to him. As... More

We were the only non-locals there when we went. The hospitality of this place transcends language barriers, and the food was wonderful. Great outdoor spot and close to my favorite gelato place in town.

We arrived at the end of service but he took us in and fed us. Not opulent but super tasty and we appreciated the kitchen staying open.

Found this place by accident one evening whilst heading back to our hotel and wish we had found it earlier. Plain and simply decorated, the focus is on good food served with a sense of humor. Best time to go is in between tourist mealtime and locals, tourists generally eat too early and when the locals pile in the door... More
