There is lack of service and they are really rude! we waited more than 1h to get a pizza (really expensive compared to Naples)! To the people seated next to us (some nice italian guys), they started shouting and saying that today it's Saturday and you have to wait to get a pizza! RUDE!!! This is not the talian way!!!... More

This was recommended to me by a local as being typical local food; it is a tourist place - packed to the rafters with Far East/SE Asian bus load when we arrived, we were still served immediately. The food was good, the service friendly and once the bus tour was gone we had the place to ourselves.

This was our first meal in Rome and we were pretty tired. We enjoyed the ambience of the place, nicely set up, etc. but the food was so-so. Bland bruschetta, ravioli, etc. Service was okay and that summed up the evening...just okay. It may have been that we expected more but I've had better Italian food in the US and... More

My husband and I ate in this restaurant last week. We had a steak and some vegetables, but everything was full of oil and it's an absolutely wrong way of cooking in Italy. The restaurant is quite expencive compared to other restaurants in the same street.

Very touristic place. This is not the real italian pizza!! Tourist unloaded from buses don't know what they expect. Now you know :) avoid eating here.

We were enjoying a long weekend in rome and stumbled accross this resturant that was about 15 mins from our Hotel on Via degli Scipioni. Our experience on the first night was so enjoyable we returened there the following night - and that was just as good. On the first night we were sat near the singer but that didn't... More

We have used this family run pizzeria for the past 6 years visiting a couple of times each 2 year sojourn to Rome. This year the place did not live up to it's past very good quality. We will not return.

We came here for lunch after visiting the Vatican City and this restaurant was listed in Top 10 fodors for having good pizza certified "Neapolitan-style". When we walked in there was no one to greet you, no hostess to take down your name, we weren't sure what was happening as there were people just milling about (not sure if they... More
