This gelato was recommended by the owner of our bed and breakfast. We went there on the way to the Vatican. There were lots of choices in flavors. So hard to pick just one! I had the pistachio and, wow, was it good! I will definitely be going back for more.

After mostly wandering around just to see Rome again, we happened to walk past this gelateria. When we saw how many locals were lined up... More

Millenium makes what is called "artigianale" granita which basically means homemade...NOT with ice and syrup. There is real fruit and not much sugar (if any) so you really taste the fruit flavor. Great stuff!! They also have an interesting array of ice cream flavors which are also delicious...I'm just more of a fan of the icy stuff in the heat... More

We stayed on Via Candia and tried several gelaterias before stumbling upon Millennium (even though it was right around the corner)! Every evening, the locals line up outside and sit around the piaza chatting and enjoying the gelato. It's absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced! The servings are generous and the staff is friendly. It's become our nightly ritual to... More

After trying another recommended gelato place from trip advisor and not being impressed, we decided to try Gelateria Millennium that was close to our B & B near Cipero Metro Station. I was amazed with the deliciousness and value. it was priced from 1.50-3.50 euro depending on the size. We went every night we were in Rome and were always... More

After eating at Millennium the other place we went to paled in comparison. There were many sellections to choose from, the ones I had were all very good. There were many serving sizes to choose from. The service was very good. The prices were less that what we saw in the center of town.

I'm a roman tour guide and i can say for sure that this is the best choice in rome if u wanna try a gelato. Friendly owner, really honest prices ( 1.50€), taste and quality are at high levels. So high that this was even the preferred ice cream of the pope J. Paul II !! There's even a little... More
