We visited this place as we awaited a tour of the Vatican. The service was truly awful and the coffee overpriced, even by Rome standards. Average food. Self service but very helpful staff. Brings everything to your table if you ask. Great location right outside the Vatican Museum entrance. Expensive as a result of location. 100 euros for main course, drinks, desserts and coffee.

Lovely atmosphere, attentive waitstaff, pretty food, but extremely expensive. €48 for two cups of coffee, two fruit bowls and two croissants. I guess you're paying for the view. Buyer beware.
