Everything, as always, was perfect. The food is amazing and he can work with my husband's no meat. His fish is perfect and the pork was the best in Spain. His reduction sauces are wonderful. Make sure you get the mushroom risotto although we always choose the tasting menu. It was a special night at a very special restaurant!
