I suppose there are better Indian restaurants in town. The name is a little misleading. It seems to be an interpretation of Indian food. Taste of the food was not satisfactory and it is slightly over priced..

I don't know why this is the Indian restaurant in Barcelona that is recommended on every vegetarian website - the food is below average, which may be why the restaurant was completely empty when we went there. The same seemingly endless song played during our entire meal and almost drove us crazy. There is no naan or other essential Indian...

On our last day of Barcelona visit, went there for a lunch (before catching a flight). Unfortunately restaurant staff didn't let us in at mentioned opening time of 1:00 PM. Any way, we thought that to be compensated by a good quality food and a quick service. Once we were in the restaurant, we found staff very polite and nice....

we went there for a dinner... we ordered a simple dish (aloo mutter) which had stale gravy. It was surprising to see this quality of food as it was a non peak hour and the restaurant was completely empty.
I was recommended this restaurant by a fellow veg whom I met in Barcelona..
But I'm writing this review as to not recommend this place to anyone else. Was it good .. 'Eh it was edible but for the price your better off going somewhere else to eat veg. Maoz would have been better.

We were looking for a good vegetarian restaurant in Barcelona and we were recommended this. We had our lunch here. We have tried Govinda's in both Melbourne and London. However, in comparison to the other branches, this branch in Barcelona was really expensive. However, they had a large lunch menu. The food was delicious and the service was good. Highly...

Large Menu, good food, good service. Perfect for vegetarians and indians
Good Location, Average Staff and Bad food - this is how I can sum up my experience abt this place. The restaurant caters to the Europeans looking to have Indian food and hence lacks authenticity, the menu is a mix of european and Indian dishes (dono how that works).
This is an excellent restaurant. The staff are actually friendly which is rare in Barcelona. The food is fresh, tasty and represents the best in vegetarian Indian food. Highly recommended.
