We were 10 people in different ages between 4 and 70 years looking for a good Tapas restaurant. And this one met all our expectations ! Good quality food and excellent service served to a reasonable price. You won't be disappointed if you go here !

Ordered like 8 of the 12 or 13 tapas on the menu. All of them tasted real good except for the toasts with iberian ham which were a bit average. I would go there again. Nice staff and quick service (although I visited quite early and there were no other customers until later).

Found this through trip advisor, about 4 dollars for tapas! Mushrooms, beef, tortillas, peppers are all very delicious! Its def a good choice!

Was not really worth all the praise but if you hadn't been to any other restaurants you might think this was the best to be had in Barcelona. Great shaved deep fried artichoke, great Sangria (as most places) great fried Jalapeno's. The night we went it was very busy but the bartender made a space for us at the bar... More

I wanted to love this place based on the reviews. But based on my experience, while I did like the bar space itself, the effusive praise for this establishment is somewhat overstated. I went there for some tapas (had the cheese plate, ham/rocket/pear on bread, and a glass of cava), and it was fine, but it didn't wow me. The... More

My husband and I went here fot dinner on our first night in Barcelona, having read the great reviews on trip advisor. The restaurant is just tucked away from the road. We had a variety of tapas, all delicious and I would recommend the garlic prawns which tasted amazingly fresh. The service was good, friendly staff and the atmosphere was... More

Following the review on Tripadvisor, we decided to try El Callejon for dinner one night. Have to admit that it took a while to find as the address appears slightly strangely on google maps. Easier to access it directly from a side turning of Passeig Colon. We ordered around 6 dishes between two of us, and each and every one... More

We wanted to find somewhere to have a nice bite to eat after travelling for pretty much a day. We found El Callejon and decided to take the plung with it. First thing to be aware of its set back from the road so you need to look for it but there is an A-Board on the pavement to direct... More

My husband & I tried this restaurant/bar out, as it was close to where we were staying& was, of course, rated well by Trip Advisor. I had Tapas, my un-adventurous husband had Steak. My Tapas, consisting of thinly sliced steak with Chimichura, Mushrooms Sauted in Garlic, and Jambon was delicious. My husband's steak was one of the most tender &... More

This restaurant was fabulous. 5 of us had drinks, all ordered different appetizers, meals and desserts and they were all delicious!! Pablo our server was attentive and extremely helpful. The price was well below almost every meal we had in the week. Perfect!
