This is a molecular kitchen restaurant. You have to book well in advance, like two months in advance, and the taste experience is unforgettable! We booked the "tapas menu" and travelled through the world of tastes and textures.

Food was very creative & interesting. Everything was delicious! Surprisingly our server/waiter was very friendly & accommodating, if the course was too adventurous for my 8 yr old she would bring him something else. The exploding olives are the bomb! Will definitely eat there again!

Loved the fun and casual environment about this place. It was definitely well worth the wait. The waiters were extremely accommodating and helpful for our group of 8. Favourites - everything, especially the olives. Tip: go next door to the bar, where the cocktails are just as experimental!

Lived up to the high expectations. The basic concept is traditional tapas prepared and presented as you never would imagine and with tastes to the maximum. Iberian ham, Spanish cheeses, olives, croquetas, tomatoes, anchoas, shellfish, Iberian pork etc etc plus some surprises from out of this world. Given what you get, very reasonable prices.
