It's a good couple of years ago now that we were there, but now that it comes to mind, worthy of a review. It's a very smart looking restaurant there on the main drag. Prices and food seemed reasonable but the sting in the tail was dessert. The waiter assured us that dessert was not to be missed. We decided... More

The restaurant appears pleasant enough from the outside and every time I walk past I notice it's full. I am sure it is full because of where it is, not what it is. There is an outside area, which you pay more for than the restaurant inside. We had the vegetable risotto and linguine amatriciana. Both were quite tasteless, the... More

The food was good quality and the restaurant was very busy. Service got a little slower as it got busier. But on balance well worth a visit.

It was close by our hotel and looked nice. It was not. Service moderate at best. Wine served was a different year to that shown on wine list - cheaper and poorer and when it was mentioned they just shrugged it off. The food was poor value. Gorgonzola, pear and walnut salad had tiny piece of gorgonzola, and the mains... More

Over cooked food,. My least favourite place we ate at. At least I didn't pay for it. Service was good.

Visted Brown's last week on a visit to Barcelona. We hadn't reserved a table but however after about waiting 15 minutes were shown to our table. There was a good selection of dishes on the menu and our meal was excellent! There was lots of atmosphere as the place was very busy--worth a visit!

We all needed a break from Tapas -- and Browns hit the spot. Salads, pastas, pizzas. Nice wine menu. Very nice setting on the Passieg de Gracia. Pizza are thin crust with fresh and interesting ingredients. A good tapas break!

We were really looking forward to it but we ended up sat upstairs with a huge party with uncontrolled children running around... Not the sophisticated evening we had planned. I came away with a raging headache and cross with myself for spending money there.

Had two meals there, first night service was ok, waiter bit moody!! Thought we would give it a second chance and it was great, get a seat in main window area not in the back like the other evening. Fun friendly helpful waiter, food and wine fantastic. Would definitely go back if we went to Barcelona again.
