Top class and well informed service from Marta and her long serving staff. Huge choice of dishes but starters are best shared since they are very large. Ask to see the fresh fish platter and be certain that Regulo can cook all fish superbly. You can rely on Marta's advice...she is one of the best and most caring restaurateurs we... More

Fabulous old building, the food is very good as long as you select carefully. The stuffed peppers were wonderful. Fish in salt is very good and is a piece of theatre in itself in the way in which it is filleted at the table. Canarian potatoes with Mojo Picon and Mojo Verde tops it all off. If you can manage... This is the third time we've eaten at Regulo. We didn't feel the food was quite as good as on previous occasions but would still recommend a visit. Previously we have had a table upstairs, which I would recommend, and the courtyard looks very atmospheric. This time we were in a room at the front, not much atmosphere, and the... More

We had a lovely dinner seated in the courtyard by the fountain. The restaurant was recommended by our hotel we probably wouldn't have ventured in from the outside appearance! But we were treated by smiling friendly staff and a quaint setting in the courtyard of a typical Canarian house. No starters order and our main courses met our expectations. Very... More

The restaurant is located in a very nice old house beautifully renovated. We sat in the interiour courtyard which gives a nice intimacy. The food was OK but not amazing. the starters were rather large but a bit dull - the fried mix was a bit too oily and heavy with little taste - but the mains were more convincing.... More

The food was great, the service very good and the surroundings in the lovely old building were delightful. We both had fish for our main courses and both meals were excellent. The starters were also very good, although a bit on the big side - we could have easily shared one between the two of us. Overall, good value and... More

Really something special. Olde worldy in a nice way. No tee shirts or baggy shorts here. Excellent comprehensive menu, food if mouth watering! No really expensive considering the quality say between 50-60€r two including the very acceptable house wine. A must for all visitors to Puerto - you will go back!

No doubt the place is one of its kind and if we were in a restaurant atmosphere tour it might have been the best in Puerto. Having said that I have left with nothing good to say. Maybe it was their bad day or just the things we ordered. For starter we asked for the Asparagus wrapped with smoked Salmon.... More

We fail to book it on time for New Year's but we came to have a romantic dinner with my husband. The Sangria we ordered was really nice (I love good sangria) and the food was very good too. Nice environment in a lovely house. The service also was very good even thought was very busy
