Wow, the past reviews on this place are a real mixed bag. I'm so glad I didn't read them otherwise I would never have gone and experienced such a great restaurant. We had been to the Cathedral and were just walking nearby looking for somewhere a little quiet away from the crowd. This one is just outside the Cathedral walls,... More

I find that the best things about this restraunt are its seting and its atmosphere. It is just one'minute walk from the Cathedral in a very quiet little square. It is a pity it was so cold because it could be nice to eat outside. However insides is very nice too. Three bull"s heads on the walls, entire hams hanging... More

This restaurant is located in a beautiful little square with a fountain in the middle. The staff are very friendly, I don't know what the reviews are talking about. The food was beautifully presented and was very tasty.

The only good thing about this place is the location and decor. The service was absolutely awful. The staff were too busy watching football to take any notice of us. The food was mediocre... Undercooked paella with more bones than meat, salmorejo out of a carton ( and 7 euro for 1 bowl!!) The 19,90 euro steak was the size... More

The location is very nice but the food is not at same level. We took 2 starters and 2 soups, the bread is served with plastic bag, i think only thing good about food is they really reheated hot! we think sevilla can offer much better food than that...

I chose this restaurant because I saw people had some lovely fish dishes on their plate. We ordered a bowl of gazpacho, 1/2 a jar of sangria, one grill sea bass and roast whitebait bream with some kind of tomato and egg plant sauce. The cold soup was really nice and both dishes were lovely. I normally don't eat fish... More

Seville abounds with places to eat. But, if you want something other than tapas bars you have to look carefully. Tucked away in a small but beautiful square on Calle Rodriguez Caro in Santa Cruz district is La Cueva. I ate Salmorejo soup which was excellent, and then shared probably the best paella I've eaten in Spain. No room for... More

Attracted by setting and decor. Ordered wine, water, soup and paella.Wine came ok had to ask again for water. Had to ask again after 15 minutes for soup (we had been told paella would be 25/30 minutes). Spanish party at nearby table left without ordering, we were the only customers left inside.Paella was poor, only two mussels each, crevettes only... More
