First a note of caution which many others have already said as well, this is not a normal restaurant where you choose your food. This was our best food experience in Spain. Oliva is not a restaurant, it is a small food store, and Francisco is not a chef, but he knows everything about food, and his enthusiastic cooking creates a magic.
